Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through Cohen's Curiosity Shop, including handmade products, made-to-order products, custom and personalized products, and recurring subscriptions.

STANDARD & HANDMADE PRODUCTS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Cohen's Curiosity Shop as soon as possible at curious@cohenscuriosityshop.com

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

An order may be canceled if the cancellation request is received before the order has entered production, been prepared for shipment, or shipped.

Once production or order preparation has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Products that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

If an eligible cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Custom, personalized, commissioned, and made-to-order products may only be canceled before work or production has begun.

Once materials have been altered, personalization has begun, artwork or customization has been created specifically for the order, or production has otherwise commenced, the order is considered in production and cannot be canceled except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization and personalization information before submitting an order, including names, dates, numbers, spelling, wording, colors, sizes, and other requested specifications.

If Cohen's Curiosity Shop is unable to fulfill a custom or personalized order, the affected order will be canceled and the applicable payment will be refunded.

CURIOUS POST SUBSCRIPTIONS

Curious Post is a recurring monthly subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Cohen's Curiosity Shop and its payment service providers to automatically charge the payment method provided at checkout for each recurring subscription payment, including applicable taxes, until the subscription is canceled.

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled.

You may cancel your Curious Post subscription at any time through the subscription-management options provided with your order or account. You may also contact curious@cohenscuriosityshop.com for assistance.

There is no minimum subscription commitment unless expressly disclosed at the time of purchase.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION & RENEWALS

Cancellation prevents future eligible subscription renewals.

To prevent an upcoming recurring charge, the subscription must be canceled before that renewal is processed.

If a subscription order has already been charged or processed before cancellation, cancellation will apply to the following eligible renewal. Cancellation does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged or processed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

CURIOUS POST MONTHLY CUTOFF

Customers who subscribe on or before the 15th of the month are eligible for that month's Curious Post edition.

Subscriptions beginning after the 15th will begin with the following month's edition.

Curious Post editions are generally mailed on or around the 20th of each month.

The monthly enrollment cutoff is separate from the recurring billing date associated with an individual subscription.

CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTIONS

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing and shipping information.

Changes to a mailing address should be completed before the applicable monthly order is processed. We cannot guarantee that changes submitted after processing will apply to an order already prepared or mailed.

REFUNDS FOLLOWING CANCELLATION

An approved cancellation of an order that has not entered production, processing, or shipment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellation of a subscription does not, by itself, entitle the customer to a refund of a subscription payment that has already been processed.

Refunds and other remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible orders are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any cancellation, refund, automatic-renewal, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived under applicable law.
